As a Business owner, you have to keep it in mind that without good Staffs your Business is
going nowhere.
You have to make sure the person you are employing is a person that is fit
in that position you are hiring him/her for. Many Business fails today just for
inappropriate employing.
When the wrong set of people are employed into a Business,
Automatically the life span of the Business is instantly reducing.
Few things to consider before employing a staff is outreach below:
1. Good Communication skills: Before employing someone, make sure you employ a person
that is very good in Communicating, whether verbally or orally. Employing someone with low
Communication skills will lead the cracking of the Business Foundation.
When clients discovers your staffs lack manners of approach, that will gradually set them off from you.
2. High Level of Creativity: A Person with new ideology, high level of thinking and good
Creativity is someone you would need in your Team. Someone who is creative would be able
to tackle any problem and find a solution that others may not have considered.
Employing someone with low creativity is better as not employing them because the won't upgrade the business standard if not to diminish it.
3. High Integrity: Before employing someone, it should be someone you can trust. A person
that follows the due protocol. Don’t employ someone that can’t keep to the Company Policy.

4. Personality: Employing someone with a great Personality is vital important.
Personality such as confidence, humbleness and Truthfulness are good personalities to
